How to submit a deletion request

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Use Data Deletion Request as the email subject.
3. Provide enough information for us to identify your customer record, such as the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to help protect your information. After verification, we will process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our retention obligations.

Information we may need to retain

Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes. When this applies, we will retain only the information reasonably necessary for those purposes.

WhatsApp and Meta data

Deleting information from our customer-service systems does not necessarily delete information independently held or controlled by WhatsApp or Meta. To manage that information, use Meta's or WhatsApp's own privacy controls and request processes.
